1. Purpose

From Experiences offers community-based programs, workshops, and resources for personal development, skill building, and successful reintegration into the community. Services are for educational and supportive purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian consent, to participate.

3. Participant Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat staff, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect

  • Maintain confidentiality of others’ personal information shared in programs

  • Avoid sharing harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate these guidelines.

4. Confidentiality Agreement

Participation in our programs requires respecting the privacy of all involved. Personal stories or details shared during group or one-on-one sessions may not be disclosed outside the program without permission from the person who shared them.

5. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • We use Donorbox and Stripe to process payments securely.

  • By donating, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, website content, and resources are owned or licensed by From Experiences. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate, supportive, and safe services, participation is at your own risk. From Experiences is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our Services.

8. Data Protection

We take all reasonable measures to safeguard your data, including encryption, secure storage, and limited access to personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services means you accept the new terms.
